The Young Professionals of Lenoir County (YPLC) was created to foster an environment for individuals in the 21-39 age group to connect...enrich...empower. This professional society, established in 2008, provides opportunities for professional development, community outreach, social networking, mentoring, and personal growth for our members. Our goal is to be a diverse group of individuals with a common purpose of bettering our workplaces, our community, and ourselves.
We would like to extend an invitation to join the Young Professionals of Lenoir County. You can join YPLC today by using the membership application posted below. Membership is $50 for Chamber of Commerce member employees and $75 for nonmembers. We are offering a corporate rate this year for businesses that have 3 or more employees join. The discounted corporate rate is $40 for Chamber of Commerce member employees and $65 per person for nonmembers.
Throughout the year YPLC will offer a number of social and family events, projects, and programs for the young adults living and working in the county. YPLC membership fees and sponsors allow us to offer these activities at little to no cost to our members.

Young Professionals of Lenoir County welcomes new members who are interested in leadership development, networking opportunities and supporting our business community.
The Kinston-Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce has been serving Kinston and Lenoir County since 1911. The Chamber acts as a voice and advocate for the community regarding economic, community and government issues and represents Kinston and Lenoir County as a great place to live, work and play.
